Hello, I’m Tom, I’m an integrative counsellor who works using a person-centred approach to counselling alongside other useful counselling practices like psychodynamic and CBT and I work with children, young people and adults.
I’ve worked in several schools as a school counsellor and had many successful counselling interventions helping children and young people with their emotional difficulties in a safe and confidential space. I’ve also worked with people from ages four and upwards with all kinds of backgrounds and presenting issues, like depression, neurodiversity, anxiety, anger, self-worth and confidence, bereavement and many others.
