FdSc in Counselling
Certificate in Working with Neurodivergent Clients

I am a BACP registered integrative psychotherapist working with adults and young people over 15 and offering face to face therapy in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment.

I have worked within a charity organisation and a private agency setting. I offer an integrative approach to therapy which allows me to tailor the way I deliver therapy to the client’s individual needs.

I have experience in working with Neurodivergent clients and in supporting adults and young people (over 15) in dealing with anxiety, panic disorder, depression, trauma, relationship and work-related issues, loss and bereavement.

I believe the relationship is the most important aspect of therapy and working collaboratively with support and understanding will help you begin to gain better personal insights and build self-esteem supporting you to feel better able to cope with the stresses, difficulties and decision you are faced with in your life.

As part of the East Surrey Counselling Group, I am available:  Mondays all day and evening, Tuesday mornings and evenings and Wednesday mornings and evenings.

If you wish to discuss your therapy needs, please contact me on 07831 596692 or email:

I offer a free introductory phone or zoom consultation where we can introduce ourselves and I will explain the way I work and we can decide whether we can work together.
